At Skinsofine, we curate original Korean skincare products with care, intention, and respect for quality. We understand that purchasing skincare online requires trust, and we are committed to protecting both our customers and product integrity.
This policy complies with EU consumer protection regulations while maintaining the hygiene standards required for cosmetic products.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
However, due to hygiene and safety considerations, this right applies only to products that are unopened, unused, and sealed.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if:
• The product is unused and unopened
• The original seal and packaging remain intact
• The product is in resaleable condition
• Proof of purchase is provided
Once a product seal has been broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Items Excluded from Returns
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Opened or used skincare products
• Products with broken or removed seals
• Promotional or discounted items marked as final sale
These exclusions are permitted under EU hygiene exemption rules for cosmetics.
Refund Process
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Skinsofine cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.
